Moving on...

Transition is a critical point in any child's life. Leaving behind one set of knowns for a new set of unknowns is scary for us all. These uncertain times make that transition even more worrying for some children. In the uncertainty of these times and in order for children to begin to consider some of these elements, we have put together as a MAT some materials that we hope will support your child through these tricky times.
